Cougars playoff tickets a hot commodity

The Prince George Cougars are in the playoffs for the first time in four years, and their Vice President of Business is encouraging fans to get their playoff tickets early.

VP Andy Beesley says many fans appear to be waiting to the last minute to grab their tickets and advises getting started earlier:

“We literally have people lining up and sometimes missing the entire first period because they are lined up waiting for tickets, so we really think for playoffs people have to understand that they have to get their tickets way in advance and make sure that they can actually get a ticket”

Playoff tickets officially went on sale Tuesday and Beesley says the box office has been swamped with activity so far.

To get your hands on some playoff tickets, just head to Ticketmaster.ca or visit the CN centre box office.
