Cariboo Cats clawing their way onto the ice

Several current or former Cariboo Cougars are attending WHL and Junior A training camps this week.

Forward Justin Almeida and Defenceman Joel Patsey will be part of the Prince George Cougars camp which begins Friday.

Forwards Riley Coish and Chase Dubois and Defencemen Kolton Carpenter and Jesse Pomeroy are participating in the PG Spruce Kings camp which is
underway at the Coliseum.

Other players at camp include: forward Colton Thomas (Seattle Thunderbirds), forward Austin Gray and defenceman Conor MacEachern (Portland Winterhawks), forward Brendan Moore (Kelowna Rockets), goalie Griffin Outhouse (Victoria Royals), goalie Dorrin Sekikawa-Luding (Saskatoon Blades), forward Alex Hanson (Coquitlam Express), forward Darren Hards (Surrey Eagles) and forward Steven Jandric (Vernon Vipers).

The Cariboo Cougars hold their main training camp starting on Friday, September 4th.
