ICYMI: Museum modernization meeting to be held in Prince George this weekend

Prince George residents are invited to attend a meeting this weekend to share their thoughts on the future of the Royal BC Museum.

At the meeting, people will have the chance to view an artifact or specimen from the museum’s human or natural history collections.

The Royal BC Museum holds the world’s largest collection of the province’s heritage.

The Province is consulting with Indigenous groups and citizens throughout the province to get their views on what they expect a modernized museum experience to be.

It is going to be held from 2:30 to 4:30 PM today the Prince George Native Friendship Centre.
