Canadian Mental Health is rolling out its winter/spring training schedule. Those winter blahs can be tough on people, so learn the skills to help those who need it most. We offer suicide prevention training and Mental Health First Aid, workshops that teach you valuable skills in helping those dealing with pain you can't see.
