Looking for a way that your child can burn off their excess energy outdoors on the SD57 Non-Instructional day? On Monday January 27th, the Caledonia Nordic Ski Club is running a one-day Snow camp. The Caledonia Nordic Ski Club offers Free Classic Cross Country Ski Tours for Seniors 55+ on Mondays January 13, 20 and 27. The Free Ski Tours are from 1-2:30 p.m. and are followed by free hot beverages and goodies in the lodge from 2:30 - 3 p.m. The ski tours are led by certified seniors ski instructors from the Caledonia Nordic Ski Club. The Caledonia Nordic Ski Club (8141 Otway Rd) is offering Free Ski Tours for Seniors/55+ on Wednesdays January 15, 22 and 29. The tours are led by experienced senior snowshoe leaders from the ski club. There are tours for all ability levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced and there will be one group to accommodate participants with some physical limitations going at a slower pace over a shorter route.
