Caledonia Ramblers family-friendly snowshoe

The Caledonia Ramblers are hosting a family-frendly snowshoe to Wilkins Park on Saturday, January 27. The trip is rated easy and should take 1-2 hours to complete. Participants should consider bringing both snowshoes and ice cleats (ice grippers) for this trip as the trail may be either snowy or icy. The Caledonia Ramblers are hosting a snowshoe up the Tumuch trail on Sunday, January 28. The trip is rated moderate to strenuous with significant elevation gain and promised to be a full but rewarding day. The distance covered will depend on the weather, snow conditions and snowshoers' wishes. It will begin at the new trailhead, about 115 kilometres southeast of the city.
