News Vandalism towards Election signs a criminal offence SHARE ON: Ethan Ready, staff Saturday, Oct. 12th, 2019 Tire trucks near the entrance of UNBC's Prince George campus. (Ethan Ready, MyPGNow staff) Just outside of the entrance to the UNBC campus in Prince George, a number of signs for the federal candidates line the side fo the road. Saturday morning, a set of tire tracks appeared to pop the curb and drive through a number of the signs, all for the Cariboo-Prince George riding. An action like this is a punishable offence under the Criminal Code of Canada as vandalism. The election is scheduled for October 21st.
