Shoplifting suspect wanted by police

The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public’s help to identify a suspect that is believed to have stolen nearly $300 worth of items from a retail chain store on Ferry Avenue.

She is described as:

  • Female
  • Dark complexion
  • Thin build
  • 20 to 30 years old

Anyone with information is asked to contact the local detachment or CrimeStoppers.

Nomination period opens for Business Excellence Awards

The five finalists in each Business Excellence Awards category and the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award will be revealed at a lunchtime announcement at Knox Performance Centre on September 11th. The awards will be handed out at a gala event, featuring keynote speaker Jody Wilson-Raybould, on Saturday, November 1st, at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre.
