Initiatives Prince George hosting Korean business workshop

Initiatives Prince George is hosting another seminar to educate area businesses on how to crack the Asian market.

The economic development firm will be holding a “Doing Business with Korea” workshop this week.

“We have already hosted a workshop about doing business in China.” IPG Communications Director Christina Doll says “We will be following up the Korea workshop with one about business in India that will be in March.”

Doll says the workshops try to help growth ready businesses in the area broaden their horizons

“The workshops are focused on doing business in emerging markets. The goal is to raise awareness among local and regional businesses about opportunities in Asia markets just to give them a chance to explore markets outside of North America.”

The workshop takes place on Thursday at the Ramada.
