Some northern flavour will be added to Team Canada West’s selection camp for the World Junior A Hockey Challenge.
Forty-four players were named to the camp including Fin Williams and Nicholas Poisson of the Prince George Spruce Kings.
Training camp will run from December 1-3 at the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport’s Canada Olympic Park in Calgary.
Twenty-two players from the BCHL were selected to the camp.
The WJAC is being played this year in Dawson Creek from the Encana Events Centre.
Team Canada West’s first game is December 7th against the United States.
