BC Hydro is temporarily shutting down its walk-in customer service desk in Prince George.
Northern Spokesperson, Bob Gammer spoke with MyPGNow.com.
“Right now, it’s an indefinite suspension simply because of the COVID-19 pandemic is an ongoing and very fluid situation, nobody has that crystal ball as to when things are going to improve.”
Customer service desks are also being shut down in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Vernon.
Anyone wanting to pay or ask questions about their bill can go online and set up a MyHydro account.
