May is National Hospice Month, but the Prince George Hospice Society is announcing the cancellation of its planned events as the latest in a string of COVID-19-related cancellations and postponements. The planned “High Tea for Hospice” and the 2nd Annual “Colour Walk” will be affected by the cancellation, and the hospice resale store has also been closed to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers, and customers. Sponsors will be notified, and anyone who purchased tickets will be contacted and refunded. The events are not currently slated to be rescheduled.
