With no sports to watch yet (sorry WWE does not count) it gives our mind a bit more time to wander which can be a scary thought.
Meanwhile, here are some random questions with the answers left up to your interpretation.
Is it time for the Prince George Rec Hockey League to ask the government for a handout?
The BCHL, Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL), CFL and Canadian Premier League (CPL) are going that route so why not? At what point does the government say no?

What are the contingency plans for junior hockey leagues like the WHL and BCHL should physical distancing measures still be in place for the fall (which is highly likely) and even into the new year? It seems obvious that these leagues are not financially viable without fans, and many of them, in the stands.

What will be the protocol when sports do return and a competing athlete tests positive for COVID-19? Does everything get shutdown again or do we just shrug our shoulders and just keep playing?

If you are a big fan of the New England Patriots plus Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, who would you cheer for when the Pats play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next year?
The #Patriots and Bucs are set to play each other in Foxborough come 2021.
Will Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski still be with Tampa then? And if so, what might we expect from that epic clash?https://t.co/uMmzOi6Ica

Is the glass half-full or half-empty for QB Jordan Love of Utah State? He is a first-round pick (26th overall) of the Green Bay Packers but because he is behind Aaron Rodgers may not get to play for three or four years. Forget the notion the Packers would consider parting with Rodgers, who has four years remaining on a contract which is worth $134 million.
And, by the way, if you think Rodgers isn’t durable think again. In five of the last six NFL seasons, Rodgers has played in all 16 regular season GB games.
It seems odd that #Packers fans aren’t pumped about the Jordan Love pick… considering they may have seen this movie before. ??

If everyone is unhappy with the so-called compromise decision to name the new Prince George school that opens in September Kelly Road Secondary and Shas Ti Secondary does that mean the School District 57 trustees should be proud of their decision?

Will there ever be another day (at least until a cure for COVID-19 is found) when we don’t hear from someone that “we are in this together?”
BC is making noise for our #HealthCareHeroes! Thanks to @SarahMcLachlan @BCLions @TravisLulay @Rikester13 @Canucks and @VCHhealthcare for your words of appreciation and support! We are in this together! #COVID19 pic.twitter.com/G23zfwWHGj

Do you get the same feeling, or is it a BC bias, that Dr Bonnie Henry with her calm, straight forward approach, is the best of the provincial health officers? I can just hear someone now say “you bet your boots (or should I say shoes) she is.”
BC’s Dr. Henry provides a daily reminder that #COVID19 is taking a toll on all of us, particularly leaders faced with making tough decisions. Her advice—be kind, be calm, be safe—and her manner are an inspiration. #drbonniehenryhttps://t.co/bvrhTF4fwe

Who gets credit on social media for this gem? “Jameis Winston is going to fit in well in New Orleans. He’s already had five years experience throwing to Saints players.”
This COULD turn out to be the best deal of free agency this year: https://t.co/lM5QfScqzo @Andy_Lindahl @NateKreckman

Still trying to wrap my head around Jameis Winston with the New Orleans Saints, but gather Drew Brees can teach him a lot. Starting with

- Always pay for your crab legs.

New England Patriots draft pick, kicker Justin Rohrwasser, has a tattoo citing an ultra-conservative militia group that is raising eyebrows. So, he’s yet to appear in a single game and already he’s shanked one to the right.

“He’s not a racist. Not even close.”
Some of Justin Rohrwasser’s college teammates were eager to defend the Patriots kicker amid controversy over his tattoos and social media activity. https://t.co/LlpzS8FtPn pic.twitter.com/Msc0I9UXss

A nondescript wooden cudgel discovered in a Vermont home in 1980 — and just sitting in an umbrella stand ever since — turned out to be a circa-1850s hockey stick now up for auction online. It’s been appraised at $3.5 million, proving once again that it pays to fore-check.
