Roughly 15 postal workers were quarantined for around four hours Thursday afternoon at the Canada Post substation at the BCR site.
It was due to all due to a mysterious white powder but CUPW president Tami Brushey says it all ended just after 5 pm.
Brushey says investigators sent photos of the powder to Vancouver where it was later determined it was not toxic.
