Northern Health’s COVID-19 Online Clinic and Information Line setting new hours

On Thursday (June 4th) Northern Health’s COVID-19 Online Clinic and Information Line will be changing its hours.

Weekdays the service will be available from noon to 8 P.M., while calls will be answered on weekends and statutory holidays from 8 A.M. until 4 P.M.

The service first launched in March to help provide BC residents access to reliable information and health advice around COVID-19.

Furthermore, virtual screenings were offered by nurses, physicians, and nurse practitioners when necessary.

In May the Online Clinic and Information Line surpassed over 12,000 calls from Northern BC residents.

The Information Line can be reached at 1-844-645-7811.
