IPG getting the “Move Up” word out on TSN

If you’ve seen any of the Canada Games coverage on TSN, you’ve probably noticed ads for “Move Up PG”.

The campaign is to draw people to live and work in Prince George.

CEO Heather Oland says they are incredibly pleased with the response from their target markets, according to their Google analytics.

“It’s a little bit different with the TSN commercial, because those are playing across the country, so they’re not focused necessarily like the ad campaigns that we’ve done as part of the website and the social media outreach,” she explains.

Oland says the campaign didn’t even cost them anything, “Because it was part of the City of Prince George’s return for the Canada Winter Games.”

“The city asked us to use our Move Up Prince George campaign in the advertising spot, with a ready-to-go campaign and market the city, we are the city’s prime marketing agency,” she says.
