The Prince George Spruce Kings have acquired forward Darwin Lakoduk (’00) from the Penticton Vees in exchange for future considerations.
“Darwin is a tremendous young man who brings a great work ethic to the rink every day,” added Spruce Kings GM Mike Hawes.
“He is good at both ends of the ice and will be looked upon to provide leadership while playing in all situations for us this upcoming season,” added Hawes. “We are excited to add this veteran player to our lineup.”
The 20-year-old spent last season Lakoduk with both the Vees and the Victoria Grizzlies.
The Edmonton, Alberta product finished with 11 goals and 12 assists.
Lakoduk is committed to play at American International Colleg in 2021-22.
