Vehicle collision at Highway 16 and Cowart Road

UPDATE 1:10 PM: Traffic has started moving on Highway 16.

A vehicle collision has occurred on at Highway 16 and Cowart Road.

RCMP on-scene reported the incident involved four vehicles.

Multiple first-responders were on scene, and traffic has been heavily disrupted.
