NewsHuman remains uncovered east of Prince George SHARE ON: Dione Wearmouth, staff Wednesday, Aug. 5th, 2020 Highway 16 (Vista Radio file photo)Police uncovered some human remains about 40km east of Prince George.According to RCMP Corporal Craig Douglass, the remains were located on Saturday afternoon.“The Prince George Search & Rescue Society assisted with the search located near Highway 16” and, “we do not believe there are any public safety concerns,” stated Douglass.The BC Coroners Service is conducting a separate investigation to determine the cause of death.
