Prince George Tim Horton’s participate in 2020 Camp Day

The 11 Tim Horton’s across Prince George are all participating in the annual Tim’s Camp Day today (Wednesday).

Every year, Tim’s locations across Canada raise funds that go towards providing underprivileged kids with a summer camp experience.

Local store owner, Wende Bracklow says, “these camps are very important for kids to develop important social and emotional skills.”

This year, things are a little different, as the summer camps will be held online.

All sales from iced and hot coffees will go towards the cause.

Last year, Tim Horton’s raised $12.2 million dollars, those funds were distributed among the seven camps across North America.
