Upgrades coming to busy College Heights intersection

Construction begins today (Monday) to upgrade the intersection of Domano Boulevard and St. Lawrence Avenue/Gladstone Drive in College Heights.

Traffic signals will be installed to help improve road safety in the area.

When complete, it will function as a regular intersection featuring “permissive left turns,”.

The new signals will operate similarly to 22nd Avenue and Ospika.

The updated intersection will have pedestrian-activated crosswalks.

Construction is expected to take about two months and be complete by the middle of November.
