Prince George Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire located at 4413 1st Ave. this morning (Tuesday) at 1:30.
Crews extinguished the blaze after finding the fire at the front of the structure, extending to the interior of the residence.
According to Assistant Chief Glen Nowoczin, there were no injuries to the two residents, family pets (dog, cat, kittens and bunny) or fire personnel.
Damage to the residence is estimated to be 25 000.
