Canada Wide Warrant issued for man believed to be in the PG area

The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant.

On Wednesday, September 2nd a Canada-wide warrant for Being Unlawfully at Large was issued for 37-year-old Steven James Fontaine.

It was issued after Fontaine failed to meet the conditions of his release by missing curfew at his designated residence in Prince George.

He has an extensive Criminal Record in many communities across Western Canada and should be considered VIOLENT.

All efforts to locate Fontaine have been negative.

He is believed to still be in the Prince George area.
