Hockey:
–The Prince George Spruce Kings whipped the Merritt Centennials 5-1 in an exhibition game (without fans) Saturday night at the RMCA. The Spruce Kings got goals from five different players and three assists from Christian Buono as they built up period leads of 2-1 and 4-1. Prince George is 3-1 in preseason action with all four games against Merritt. The Spruce Kings next exhibition game will go on Friday against the bucks in Cranbrook.
–The BCHL has confirmed that each team will play 32 games within its regional cohorts in the 2020-21 regular season. The league will start in early December and run through the end of March. The schedule will be released this month.
NFL:
–There are a dozen Sunday NFL games including Seattle at Buffalo (10 AM PT), Baltimore at Indianapolis (10 AM) and New Orleans at Tampa Bay (5:20 PM).
