Hockey:

–The Cranbrook Bucks scored the last four goals of the game to beat the Prince George Spruce Kings 6-2 in a BCHL preseason game in the Kootenays. The same two teams play again today (Saturday) in Cranbrook. The Spruce Kings also have an exhibition game Sunday in Trail against the Smoke Eaters.

MLB:

–The MLB’s Miami Marlins have hired Kim Ng as general manager. NG has become the first female GM in a major professional sport in North America.

Golf:

–Dustin Johnson and Justin Thomas are among the leaders entering the third day at the Masters in Augusta. Both are at 9-under-par along with Cameron Smith and Abraham Ancer.

NFL: 

–There are a dozen Sunday NFL games including Seattle at LA Rams, and Buffalo at Arizona.
