NFL: 

–Minnesota QB Kirk Cousins threw for 292 yards and two touchdowns to help the Vikings beat the slumping Chicago Bears 19-13 to conclude Week 10 of the NFL season. Cousins won for the first time in 10 career Monday night starts. The (4-5) Vikings have won three straight while the (5-5) Bears have lost four in a row.

–Bears quarterback Nick Foles left the game against the Vikings in the final minute as he was taken from the field on a cart. Coach Matt Nagy said that Foles’ leg and hip were being evaluated.


NBA:

–10-time All-Star Chris Paul is joining the Phoenix Suns after a trade from the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Suns get the 35-year-old Paul and forward Abdel Nader, while the Thunder get four players (Kelly Oubre Jr., Ricky Rubio, Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque) and a protected 2022 first-round pick.



Hockey:

–The Prince George Spruce Kings have one preseason game left and that will be played Saturday in Merritt against the Centennials. The Spruce Kings have four wins, two losses and one shootout loss in their first seven exhibition games. PG is coming off Sunday’s 2-1 shootout loss in Trail.
