NBA:

–The 2020 NBA Draft will be held tonight. The Minnesota Timberwolves have the first pick followed by the Golden State Warriors.

NFL: 

–Week 11 of the NFL season begins Thursday night (5:20) with the Arizona Cardinals at the Seattle Seahawks. Both teams are 6-3 and tied with the LA Rams for first in the NFC West.

NHL:

–Brett Peterson has been named assistant general manager for the Florida Panthers, making him the first Black assistant GM in the NHL. The 39-year-old Peterson has been a certified player agent since 2009.

BCHL:

The Prince George Spruce Kings have added defenseman Cole Moberg to the team, on loan from the PG Cougars.
The 20-year-old Moberg is a 7th round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks and is heading into his 4th and final season with the Cats. The Spruce Kings have also announced that defenseman Tanner Main has suffered a fractured fibula, and will likely miss the next 12 weeks.

–The Prince George Spruce Kings have one preseason game left and that will be played Saturday in Merritt against the Centennials.
