NBA:

–A major trade in the NBA involving two disgruntled point guards. The Houston Rockets have dealt Russell Westbrook to the Washington Wizards for John Wall and a lottery-protected 2023 first-round draft pick.

NFL: 

–The Pittsburgh Steelers are a perfect 11-0 with five regular-season games left. The Steelers held on for a 19-14 victory over the Baltimore Ravens to conclude the 12th week of the NFL season. The Ravens are 6-5. The game, which was originally scheduled for Thursday of last week, was played six days later after three postponements.

 

Hockey:

–Don Nachbaur of Prince George has resigned as the head coach of SC Bern of the Swiss National League due to
personal reasons. The 61-year-old Nachbaur was only on the job since June of this year. He is the third-winningest head coach in WHL regular-season history.
