A total of 56 employees associated with the outbreak at the LNG Canada Project Site in Kitimat have now tested positive for COVID-19.
Two more cases have been found since December 1.
Six of these cases remain active and all are isolating in their home communities.
The outbreak was originally declared on November 19.
According to Northern Health, on-site screening of employees, contact management and tracing are continuing, and there continue to be no public exposures in Kitimat and the surrounding area.
