World Junior Hockey Championship (in Edmonton)

Devon Levi made 27 saves for his second straight shutout. Levi has tied the World Juniors record of three shutouts set by Justin Pogge in 2006. Dylan Cozens notched a  goal and two assists as Canada advanced to the final tonight against the United States. Taylor Gauthier of the Prince George Cougars is the third goalie for Canada and has not dressed in the tournament.

The Americans scored the winning goal with 1:16 left in the third period.

Boston Celtics   126  Toronto Raptors  114

The Raptors have a win and five losses after six games. Only the Detroit Pistons (1-6) have a worse record than Toronto. The Raptors visit Phoenix Wednesday to begin a 4-game road trip. They will also have stops in Sacramento, Golden State and Portland.
