The (1-6) Raptors have the second-worst record in the NBA, only ahead of the (1-7) Detroit Pistons. Toronto will continue a four-game road trip Friday night at 7:00 (PT) in Sacramento against the (4-4) Kings. The Raptors also play at Golden State Sunday and Portland Monday.

NHL:

The NHL regular-season will begin on Wednesday with five games including Vancouver at Edmonton and Montreal at Toronto. The Canucks also play the Oilers on Thursday, Jan 14th in Edmonton to complete the doubleheader.
