Three Prince George schools flagged for COVID-19 exposure

A trio of schools in SD 57 have reported COVID-19 exposures over the weekend.

Cedars Christian lists February 8 and Spruceland Traditional reports February 8 and 9.

Meanwhile, Heather Park Elementary says an exposure occurred on February 10.

This is Heather Park’s fourth exposure of the new year, and the third at Cedars Christian.

Man convicted of manslaughter in March 2023 investigation

The Prince George RCMP say a man has been convicted in the 2023 manslaughter of Davis Smith. According to police, a decision was handed down in the B.C. Supreme Court on August 19th, convicting 32-year-old Dakota Rayn Keewatin of manslaughter.
