Winnipeg  4  Vancouver  0
(Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck stopped  22 shots to collect his first shutout of the season. Adam Lowry scored a pair of goals in the third period. The Canucks lost captain Bo Horvat for an undetermined amount of time after he took a shot off the foot early in the third. The (16-17-3) Canucks host the (19-11-2) Jets again on Wednesday before Vancouver gets a week off)

Edmonton at  Montreal  (PPD)
(The Oilers-Habs game was postponed because two Montreal players entered the NHL’s COVID protocols)

BCHL:

The Prince George Spruce Kings will open their 20-game BCHL schedule on Saturday, April 3rd against the Chilliwack Chiefs. They will conclude the five-week season on Sunday, May 9th also against the Chiefs. The Spruce Kings play the Chiefs and the Merritt Centennials 10 times each with all games starting at 5 p.m. at the Chilliwack Coliseum.

 

WHL:

The Prince George Cougars start their 24-game B.C. Division. mini-season this weekend. The Cougars open against the Blazers Saturday night at 7:00 in Kamloops.
