The (16-18-3) Vancouver Canucks are off until Wednesday when they host Calgary before heading out on a 7-game road trip.
At worst, Eric Staal provides insurance. But at his best, the Canadiens get a big-body centre who can still score and make plays.
Either way, for the cost of two draft picks, the move was a no-brainer. (@EricEngels)https://t.co/bs2ZqfpydA
