WHL: (BC Division)

The Prince George Cougars play their fourth game of the season tonight. The (1-2) Cougars battle the (2-1) Vancouver Giants in Kamloops with a start time of 6:00.

In the BC Division of the WHL Saturday: Kamloops beat Victoria 4-3 in overtime.

 

BCHL:

Chilliwack Chiefs  4  Prince George Spruce Kings  1

The Spruce Kings began their 20-game, 5-week schedule which will continue tonight at 5:00 in Chilliwack against the Merritt Centennials.

NCAA basketball:

The NCAA women’s basketball championship game today (3:00 PT) features Stanford against Arizona.

The NCAA men’s basketball championship game Monday night (6:20 PT) has (31-0) Gonzaga vs. (27-2) Baylor. Gonzaga advanced thanks to a buzzer-beater at the end of overtime in a 93-90 victory over UCLA.


NBA:

The (19-30) Toronto Raptors play their 50th game of the season when they host the Washington Wizards Monday night. The Raptors have lost 13 of their last 15 games despite that convincing Friday night 130-77 victory over the Golden State Warriors.
