The Prince George RCMP continues to focus its attention on those selling street-level drugs.

On Thursday (May 6th), officers launched an investigation into a person they suspected of selling drugs.

Investigators later arrested 40-year-old David Harding of Mackenzie.

A search of his vehicle yielded suspected fentanyl, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, a pellet gun, as well as two rifles, ammunition, and stolen ID cards.

At the time of his arrest, Harding was under multiple court-imposed conditions, including one not to possess any firearms or ammunition.

He was held in custody to attend a virtual bail hearing.

– Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
– Possession of a Firearm While Knowing it is Unauthorized
– Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle
– Carless Storage of a Firearm
– Possession of a Weapon
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
– Fail to Comply with Undertaking

Harding is back in the community on a release order, with a court appearance next month.

This file is still under investigation.
