(Kyle Connor scored at 6:52 of the third overtime to give the Jets the victory and a four-game sweep in the series. Winnipeg won each of the last three games in overtime. The Jets will play the Toronto-Montreal winner in round two)

(The Maple Leafs lead the series 2-1)

Minnesota  4  Vegas  2
(The Golden Knights lead in the series has been reduced to 3-2)

(The Islanders lead the series 3-2)

–There are two Stanley Cup playoff games tonight (Tuesday): Toronto at Montreal (4:30) and Nashville at Carolina (5:00). The Leafs are up 2-1 over the Habs and the Hurricanes and Predators are tied 2-2.

–On Wednesday, three more games: Pittsburgh at New York Islanders (3:30), Florida at Tampa Bay (5:00), and Vegas at Minnesota (6:00).

–Colorado and Boston both won their first-round series on Sunday to advance to the Conference semifinals.
