They have eight straight losses in series-clinching games. And they’ve lost a winner-take-all game in four straight postseasons: three Games 7 and a Game 5 in the qualifying round last year against Columbus)

There is just one NHL playoff game tonight (Tuesday): Tampa Bay Lightning at the Carolina Hurricanes (4:30 PT). Tampa won the opener in the best-of-seven series 2-1.
