MEDIchair moves to an online format

MEDIchair NorthBC, a local medical and accessibility store in Prince George and Quesnel, is expanding with their online store.

“Our goal is to make it so much easier for those who can’t get to us in person. Being able to browse and purchase from our online store takes away that stress for people,” said Heather Hawes, Owner and Operations Manager.

“If someone doesn’t see what they need, we encourage them to call us and we will take care of them over the phone,” she added.

The pandemic has forced many companies to rethink their business models, with curbside pickup and online stores becoming commonplace.

Hawes said the boost from the Northern Development Initiative Trust allowed them to expand to the online market.
