On June 15, 2016, Police were called to a shooting on Forest Avenue near Ospika Boulevard where they found 33-year-old Robert Milligan shot to death in the driveway of his home.

It was determined early on by members of the PG RCMP’s Serious Crime Unit that this was a targeted shooting.

Last Friday, police arrested Cuyler Aubichon, Kelly Richet, and Chris Russell for the shooting death of Milligan.

BC Prosecution Services have since approved the charges and the three remain in custody.
