Arrest made in connection with fast food heist

Mounties have made an arrest in connection with a recent robbery on Westwood Drive.

Corporal Craig Douglass says the suspect is 16 years old but can’t be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

He says the youth faces four charges.

All of this after a lone male suspect held up a fast food restaurant April 16th with what appeared to be a hand gun and got away with a small amount of cash.

Police later discovered it was a pellet gun.

The suspect will be back in court May 14th.
