Paralympics:
Canada is 3-1 in women’s wheelchair basketball at the Tokyo Paralympics after a 76-37 win today (Sunday) over Australia to conclude the preliminary round. Canada will play the USA in the quarterfinals Monday night at 8:30 (PT). Meanwhile, former UNBC player Kady Dandeneau had a game-high 23 points Saturday in a 59-57 loss to Germany. Dandeneau had a total of 74 points in her first three games. Earlier, Canada beat Great Britain and Japan.
