Northern BC home and garden show to feature a sabotage filled competition

Whether its something as simple as a garden, or a big home improvement project, the 2015 Northern Home Show will be able to steer you in the right direction in terms of lifestyle, home and gardening tips.

Executive Officer Terri McConnachie says it will be big this year, as Rona will be holding a cut throat building competition:

“So we’ve got three contractor companies, they can do what they can do to steal a hammer and do this [or that] to the other team throughout the whole day. They are building a playhouse each, those will be raffled off on Sunday to some lucky families and will sit in some great backyards!”

McConnachie says loads of vendors will be on hand, with workshops, door prizes, a food court and activities for the kids.

It all takes place from April 24-26 at the Kin centres, with tickets $8 for adults and $6 for seniors or students.
