Rookie Riley Heidt snapped a 1-1 tie with just over four minutes left in regulation.

The (1-3) Cougars host the (1-5) Royals again this afternoon at 2:00.

The (3-1) Spruce Kings play their next two games in Chilliwack: Friday afternoon at 1:00 against Wenatchee and Saturday night at 7:30 against Victoria.

The Timberwolves visit Fraser Valley again this afternoon in Abbotsford before closing out their regular season by hosting Thompson Rivers on October 23rd and 24th at Masich Place (noon for the women and 2:15 for the men).

The UNBC men have one win, four losses, and four ties after nine games while the UNBC women have one win, seven losses, and one tie.
