WHL (PG Cougars)

The loss ended the Cougars’ 5-game win streak before 2,044 fans at CN Centre.

Matthew Seminoff notched a goal and two assists for the (8-1) Blazers, who outshot the Cougars 49-28, including 23-8 in the second period.

The (5-4) Cougars play the Vancouver Giants Friday in Langley and the Rockets Saturday in Kelowna.

The next home games for P.G. will be on Nov 9th and 10th against Vancouver.

The Cougars reduced their roster to 22 by sending goalie Ty Young to the Calgary Canucks of the AJHL.
