Prince George RCMP arrest two prolific offenders

The Prince George RCMP located and arrested two prolific offenders on multiple outstanding warrants last week.

On Wednesday, Police located and arrested Angeline Louise Hammerstrom and Colin Michaud Durrand, both of whom had arrest warrants from several PG  investigations, at a residence on the 2200 block of Pine Street.

During the investigation, police uncovered some illicit items and they obtained a search warrant for the residence.

Police located several firearms, suspected cocaine and methamphetamine, and items commonly used for drug trafficking during their search.

The two will remain in custody until their next court appearance, and the file is still under investigation.

The Prince George RCMP thanks the media and the public for their continued efforts, which assisted in locating these prolific offenders. We encourage residents and business owners to continue reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhoods to police, and to keep an eye out for one another, states Corporal Jennifer Cooper of the PG RCMP.
