Kamloops Blazers  3  Prince George Cougars  2  (Saturday)

The Cougars led 2-1 until the (24-11-1) Blazers scored a pair of goals, 38 seconds apart early in the third period.

Ty Young made 45 saves as Kamloops outshot Prince George 48-25.

The (17-19-1-1) Cougars play their next six games in the U.S. starting Friday against Taylor Gauthier and the Portland Winterhawks.

Prince George is 3rd in the B.C. Division and 6th in the Western Conference, two points ahead of the (16-17-2) Vancouver Giants.
