The Prince George RCMP is advising motorists Highway 16 East between Old Caribou Highway and Graves Road is closed due to a two-car motor vehicle incident.
Drivers can access detours at Old Caribou Highway and Graves Road.
“The closure will be in effect for several hours as we wait for a collision analyst to arrive and conduct their investigation. We ask for everyone’s patience during this time and remind drivers to slow down when approaching emergency vehicles,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.
Police will provide updates when they become available.
According to Drive BC, the estimated time of reopening is 2 pm.
