Cassie joined Spirit of the North about a year ago as the Manager of Strategic Planning and Community Engagement.

“I’ve absolutely loved my time with Spirit,” Cassie said.

“I’ve learned a lot working closely with Judy Neiser, our former CEO. I’m really looking forward to continuing the work that the foundation has done, and continue to grow it throughout the North.”

Neiser has accepted another position and will be relocating to Kelowna, but Cassie said she’s still going to be a mentor to her.

Cassie said one of the things she’s looking forward to most is continuing to connect with the community, and communities throughout the North.

“I think we have a really big impact on people’s day-to-day lives, and we want to continue that and build it going forward.”
