Series of speakers set for PG council meeting

Plenty of presentations will be made at tonight’s Prince George City Council meeting.

First up, the Prince George Naturalists Club will provide an update on the Hudson’s Bay Wetland Project.

Then representatives of the Blue Dot Prince George Campaign will make a plea for a municipal declaration on the right to a healthy community.

Also an asphalt company will make the case for a group of trees to be cut down on Sandberg Road in the Hart.

Councillors will also get information on the city’s current transit fleet and bus shelters.

The meeting gets underway at six in council chambers.
