For the second time this year, a book sale is being hosted by the Friends of the Prince George Public Library.
This time its being held at the Nechako Branch located in the Hart this week.
It begins on Friday with members-only early access from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Memberships can be purchased on-site for $5.
The public sale occurs from 10 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday.
“We are thrilled to announce we will be hosting a book sale at the Nechako Branch. The April sale at the Bob Harkins Branch was a huge success but we still have a ton of books to sell as we are still dealing with the overflow caused during the pandemic! Please bring cash, your reusable bags, and a love of book and bargains,” said Margaret Johnson, Past President and Director of Friends of the PG Public Library.
Books are sold by donation with the proceeds going towards supporting special items, programs and initiatives at the Prince George Public Library.
