Cougars welcome Tri-City to kick off WHL season

The Prince George Cougars will enjoy some home cooking to kick off the 2022-23 WHL Season.

The Cats will host the Tri-City Americans on Friday, September 23rd in their home opener at CN Centre.

This marks the first time in franchise history that the Cougars will begin their season against the Americans.

A full schedule for the upcoming WHL season will be unveiled at a later date.

Meanwhile, the Cougars will have one of their four pre-season games at CN Centre when they host the Kamloops Blazers on Saturday, September 17th.
